We are thrilled to be opening our dining room again this week. Kieren has been busy preparing the most delicious winter menu, celebrating seasonal favourites such as wild boar terrine, warming chicken and wild mushroom pie and a daily game with braised red cabbage. We have some special wines to match and some fantastic new cocktails too. Try our new Falcon Fizz – a magical mix of Earl Grey infused gin with blackberry, honey and prosecco.
From this weekend our Saturday brunch returns, with some tasty vegetarian choices and a new Falcon Full English. It’s as good as it sounds, with Prior’s Hall sausages, back and streaky bacon, grilled tomatoes, field mushrooms, black pudding, bubble and squeak, eggs and toasted sourdough. On Sundays we have our popular roast lunches with all the trimmings and served alongside excellent British puddings and desserts.
If your household or bubble would like to eat, drink and be merry in a space of your own, then our private dining room is perfect. The Drawing Room can spaciously seat 6 guests (in line with the current regulations), dining from our a la carte menu, with no room hire fees. Pop by and take a look.
This week marks our second year in Buntingford, and what a few years it has been! This market town feels special to us, and we can’t thank the community enough for their kindness and support.
