If you are in Buntingford on a Saturday, then be sure to visit us between 10am – 3pm when we serve a tasty brunch. You’ll find breakfast classics including our Eggs Royale, made with the finest Weald smoked salmon, alongside confit Gressingham duck, waffle and garlic spinach, sage gravy . We use eggs laid just a few miles from us in Ware and our breakfast bacon and sausages are sourced from Prior’s Hall Farm in Essex, where the Menhinick family have been farming since 1942.
If you prefer sweet over savoury at breakfast, then our fluffy waffles are a must-try with seasonal fruit compote and yoghurt.
For those just passing, our delicatessen is open from 9am every Saturday serving fresh coffee to take away, warm pastries and delicious sausage rolls, alongside artisan British charcuterie, Buntingford honey and Hertfordshire distilled gin.
