We are thrilled to let you know that Kieren and Natasha’s Supper Club is back for the New Year! Taking place on the last Friday of every month, each five course meal will celebrate the very best ingredients of the season, showcasing locally-sourced and flavoursome ingredients.

The first of The Falcon’s supper clubs for the New Year will bring some much needed comfort to the bleak, iron-grey days of January. Take your seat for a special five course tasting menu, which includes a soft Fillet of Beef Wellington with a rich Potato Dauphinoise, and a salted caramel Sticky Toffee Pudding. Our ingredients are sourced from the best local suppliers, including the nearby Priors Hall Farm and The Cheese Plate.

In February, we shall be looking back to one of our favourite decades, and firmly eschewing the misconception that retro food is anything but delicious! Enjoy our take on the Swinging Seventies with a nod to some of the classics from the era, including Chicken Kiev, Prawn Cocktail and Black Forest Gateau.

Our March dinner will focus on springtime, and will be a celebration of the longer, warmer days ahead. Chef Kieren will welcome the arrival of the new season’s ingredients, from St George mushrooms and tangy wild garlic to spring lamb and mint sauce.

The Falcon is an intimate 28 cover restaurant which is located on Buntingford’s historic High Street. Upstairs are two beautifully-furnished private dining rooms each seating up to ten guests, which are an ideal setting for dinners with friends, birthdays, anniversaries and special family celebrations. In the kitchen, Head Chef Kieren Steinborn-Busse cooks seasonal dishes to order from locally-sourced produce whilst Natasha oversees service and the front of house team.
