Thursday evening is our steak night. You’ll find Hereford sirloin & fillet and a hearty 750g rib to share on our menu, all served with triple cooked beef dripping chips, sweet-pickled red onion, Heritage tomato & herb salad, and a peppercorn sauce.
Our a la carte menu is also available on a Thursday evening, offering delicious vegetarian options and fresh fish & shellfish, including our luxury IPA-battered fish, chips, mushy peas and tartare sauce.
Where possible we source our produce and ingredients from farmers and artisan suppliers close by to us in Buntingford and the surrounding Hertfordshire area.
