Our signature Sunday roast is one of the most popular in Buntingford. We’re up early slow roasting Hereford beef, mixing the batter for our epic Yorkshire Puddings, preparing local Hertfordshire greens and warming our bone marrow gravy.
You’ll find plenty of fresh fish on the menu too such as Var salmon and grilled whole sea bream as well as delicious vegetarian options. Be sure to save space for pudding – our sticky toffee pudding with butterscotch sauce and clotted cream is simply irresistible.

Where possible we source our produce and ingredients from farmers and artisan suppliers close by to us in Buntingford and the surrounding Hertfordshire area.
