Autumn is one of our favourite times of year at The Falcon. As the evenings draw in, our stylish Drawing Room takes on a new atmosphere, with a cosy feel that’s ideal for intimate dining with loved ones in the colder months.
In the kitchen, chef Kieren and the team are excited for the abundance of seasonal produce coming their way. Roasted beetroots and lentils, baked onion squash fondue, wild mushrooms, and braised venison shoulder pie all make their way onto the menu at this time of year, along with local game, apple tart tatin, crumbles, and pies, and our sticky toffee pudding.
Christmas is coming up, so make sure you book a table early. Our private dining is a great way to celebrate with friends and family, accommodating eight to 10 guests for a festive get-together in Buntingford. And of course, our regular steak nights, brunch, and Sunday roasts aren’t to be missed.
